My first post of 17th January regarding the fraudulent use of my credit card was answered by Avanish who replied:

Well I'm afraid my patience has been tried yet again, as no-one has bothered to get back in contact with me.
Could anyone provide me with a phone number for customer services so I can actually speak to someone regarding the fraudulent use of my credit card to purchase an AVG product
