Does anyone out there have a genuine customer service number to call AVG from the UK? Or if anyone from AVG reads this, can they please provide one to display; as the two I have that is meant to be them, is saying “ you have dialled an incorrect number”? OR can anyone provide the “so called” link to the Live Chat feature, that they promise is there to use? Yet trying to follow this, just takes one round in circles! I am thinking of going to Trading Standards over this; it is SO unbelievably frustrating! Also, I have another no. starting 0808 ending 8173 & 3 no’s in the middle, can AVG confirm if is or is not a scam no. please? Finally, even a proper link to their promised Customer Report form (again, currently leading to “nothing”) would help! I REALLY need to speak to them….Thank you, anyone !
I have been trying for months to get answers to emails etc to AVG and have a have same issues. Double payment taken and cannot get replies to emails etc. I have instructed my bank to cease payments to this company. Any updates from any other guys.
