AVG-Dashboard is missing

many Thanks for your good instructions! It works, just in English (no Problem), but it works!
(German Language ist the next step :smiling_face:)
Now i know that i have to use the AVG-Remover Tool for future actions!

We’d like to understand more about this situation. Are you unable to locate AVG PC Tuneup icon in desktop? If so, please go to control panel->programs and features->check if AVG PC Tuneup is listed in it or not. If it is listed, then repair it as per the steps mentioned here . If it is not listed, then install it as per the steps mentioned here .

Hi Community!
After renew my Abo, my AVG-Dashboard was lost / missing. Un- and Install the Software were unsucsessfully. Click on Button "To Zen" (Tune Up)… nothing happens.
Has anybody an idea to restore? Many Thx.

many thx for your quick response! The TUNEUP-Icon is still available and it works fine.
But I missing the "Dash-Board-Icon" were all my assets are listed.
Repairing or new Install doesn't fix my issue. For better understanding, pls. see att. Picture. Example

I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved. We have German Email support team. You can go to (https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en), click on Technical support, click Yes for paid subscription, fill the required information and finally click Email option.
