AVG Deep scan freeze

Thank you for the response.
I did follow the instructions and used the provided activation code you sent me. 

No luck, the scan still freezes completely on 73%

Any other suggestions?

Also, after I installed the AVG software I am unable to get my printer to scan to my onedrive.
I am not sure if that is related to Internet Security or Tune.
Even after uninstalling the software it still won't work. Any idea why this happened, and how to fix?

I tried multiple times to perform a deep scan on my computer. When AVG reaches 73% it freezes completely, and I am not able to shut down. The only way to gain control of anything is to force restart the computer by pressing the on/off button until the computer shuts down. 

Does anyone have a solution?

I followed the instructions, but it did not solve the issue.

Deep scan still freezes the computer at 73%. Not able to CRL + Al + Delete to get into task manager. The only way is to force shutdown by pressing and holding the on/off button for few seconds.
