Hi Martin.
Are you referring to AVG Secure browser or AVG Secure search toolbar?
Did you try to uninstall it from control panel?
Where exactly do you see that it is still present on your PC?

I have deleted AVG default browser …but now it still remains I wish to remove it from my computer
