Avg Degragmentation Takes Too Long

We do understand your concern, please check if there is any external storage devices connected with your system.  We suggest you to cancel the process, on AVG PC Tuneup main interface, right click on settings icon (maintenance feature) skip the defragmentation option.

Now, go to All functions feature( last component) -> Hard Disk -> Defragment Disk. Select the driver and choose "run a fast defragmentation". It will show you the time frame of the process. We need to wait till the process gets completed.

it says i have update for avg and i tried updating the update is still there

hi the same problem appeared again, updated and it says theres update. tried the prev method it doesnt solves

We are sorry to know that you are unable to find that option. In this case, please open the "Help and Support", and click on "One click maintenance". And you can see an option under "Defragmentation" click on that, you can change the normal defrag to "Fast Defrag".
