I ran a Quick Clean, as I have done before, and it deleted over 5000 photos and videos from my phone. I have tried multiple recovery apps, restores, trash, etc and they are completely gone!! I understand I should have backed these up, but unfortunately I did not. This seems to be A HUGE design flaw in the program as it never said anything about photos or videos. Please help, these photos are priceless to me!
