Avg deleted everything on my computer!

This isn't the experience we want you to have.
Initially, we'd like to assure you that AVG will not remove the files on your computer.
If it finds anything malicious, it will notify you about it & seek your permission on how to proceed with the file.
Would you be so kind to let us know the action that you performed using AVG before the program prompts to restart?
Also, let us know whether you use AVG Free Antivirus.

Oh my god. AVG kept popping up to tell me to restart my computer and when I finally restarted my computer, it basically performed what seemed like a reset on my computer and now ALL MY FILES ARE GONE. HELP!!!
