AVG deleting my pinned Quick Access Folders in Windows Explorer

I have the same problem. Tried to reinstal it but it happened again. Any help?

This seems to be happening to me too. This morning my pinned quick links had disappeared, and then I noted the AVG TuneUp message that automatic maintenance had been completed. There must be a setting somewhere that causes this to happen.

Hi Johan,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG TuneUp.
We can revert the changes made by AVG TuneUp through the Rescue Center in it. Please clarify whether you've tried restoring changes & checked.
To do so :Open AVG TuneUp - Rescue center (right pane) - Click on undo beside desired actions.

All the pinned and other folders are deleted from my Quick Access in Windows Explorer. It happened a few times before  I realised that this was happening after an AVG Tune Up. Is there a setting I can change to stop this happening?
I am on Windows 10 pro version 10.0.19041 - OS Build 19041
AVG Tune Up Version 21.1 Build 2404

I have the same problem. I pinned again folders onto the task bar and every time the pinned items dissapeared after i used AVG TuneUp maintenence … this is so dissapointing. We pay for AVG products to keep our computers running smoothly and what we get - AVG product creates a problem on which we have to vaste our time to do a research, to write here, to resolve it … it is us that should be paid for this work we do for AVG …
