AVG Guru
AVG has a penchant for periodically destroying the ManyCam software product. It doesn't matter WHAT you exclude (or how you exclude it), AVG will totally destroy both the ManyCam executable and the mcvidrv.sys file. It identifies this threat as "MalSign.Visicom.891". If you click More Info, you get nothing.
This problem goes back to 2009 - that's five years ago! In this day of mutlitcamera setups with reliable, well-known products such as ManyCam, this is just ridiculous. AVG, I will send you a Gift Card to buy ManyCam and a camera to test your software. Please test and fix this.
