Upon checking it, we see that an older version of AVG Free Antivirus is installed on your husband's computer. The program would not receive the latest patches & this could be the cause.
Also, as you've paid subscription in your account, which can be used on your husband's computer to protect it.
As it isn't recommended to share the product details over this post, we've sent you an email including the reinstallation steps.
Please follow those steps on your husband's computer & let us know the outcome.

I seem to have a pop up on my husbands computer that started yesterday and just won’t stop.
it says it’s avg detection, I have updated everything on tune up but the actual avg centre button will not allow access as it comes with this ‘pop up’ every time . Any help please
