AVG disabling and deleting Google Chrome autofill

Hence kindly uncheck the aspects that you do not want to be deleted while scanning and check the issue.

AVG is disabling and deleting my saved Google autofill information. I have deleted, repaired and also contacted AVG customer service trying to figure out why and how this happens. When AVG is NOT installed my google autofill information is populated. When AVG IS installed Google Chrome autofill information is there when I log in, but any other windows open the autofill information is gone and autofill does not work.

This issue began when an AVG update was installed Nov 2022. I have contacted every customer service source AVG povides, but no answer or solution has been provided. Can someone PLEASE help me?

Thank you for writing back to us. Could you please share the screenshot of the control panel which shows list of installed application? So, we can check whether you have any conflicting programs.

Also, please confirm the version of operating system installed in it. Keep us updated.
