AVG does not download from my account for my MAC

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. Please be informed that AVG Zen has been removed from the latest AVG Internet Security and also I see you have purchase AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp for only Windows computers which is why you're unable to see the download button for Mac protection/performance in AVG MyAccount. I also would like to inform you that we only have free version of AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner for Mac computer. WHen I try to download from my account to load on my MAC it ony downloads the windows version. I do not appear to have the ZEN access to share on my network. Most irritating.
