Can you share the (screenshot) of incompatibility message that you get?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
To confirm whether the issue is due to AVG or not, try disabling it temporarily.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode".
Slide the green cursor to turn off the protection.
