AVG dont resolve the issue

I was watching Youtube and instantly a suspicious site has opened in Google Chrome.After this i checked out my AVG and scanned my device. AVG sais i have an issue and gives the button resolve, but i keep pressing it and nothing happens. Ive restarted the app and the phone. Dont quite know what tot do😊. Thank you for attension
