After updating my drivers, none of my MICROSOFT products will run. Also, my videos will not play using Google Chrome. Has anyone a solution for this issue?

Please clarify to what you refer as 'Microsoft products' & what happens exactly while accessing them. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, clarify whether you're experiencing issues with videos on Chrome alone or irrespective of browsers.
