AVG Driver Update

Since I allowed AVG to update my drivers my system hasn't worked the same.  
It won't recognize external hard drive
A get a black screen and only the mouse works
Switching task also gives me a black screen
The only way back to the system is either restart or shut down current user and relog onto Windows11

I was able to get to the safe mode.
