AVG driver updated scan does not complete "requesting windows updates

Hello Judy,
We are sorry to know that. This issue can happen, if the windows update is downloading a larger file or if Windows update server is not responding. We suggest you to run the Windows updates manually from your computer and see if it gets complete. Once this gets complete, we suggest you to run AVG Driver Updater and see if that gets complete.

The scan in Driver Updater does not complete. All ticks off except "requesting windows updates"
