Hello all, hope you can help me make a decision. I currently have 2 pcs and an android (desktop, laptop for travel and galaxy s8). My laptop is older and heavy and as some who travels a lot, i've been thinking about selling it and getting a new laptop ( want to game while i travel, this pc doesnt handle it well). 

I am currently in the process of getting tuneup and the security and want to get the driver updater but since it's per pc, are the licenses transferable? is it worth getting if I may sell this pc in the near future?

any help is greatly appreciated!
