yes, there were two AVG Driver Updater programs, and I have uninstalled the older version. Thanks for your help

This is a screenshot of the renewal message. I don't get this when I open AVG Driver Update myself, but sometimes it opens itself and displays this message. I usually dismiss it and carry on, because I have renewed and the software works, but it's annoying and sometimes happens more than once a day

It seems that both the older and new version of AVG Driver Updater is installed on your PC.
Please go to control panel > Programs and features and check if 2 AVG Driver Updater programs are installed on your PC. If yes, please check the date of installation and uninstall the older version.

After uninstalling the program, please reboot the PC once to apply the changes.
