Hello Marie-Jo,
I understand your concern. Please be informed that the AVG driver updater shows check for drivers that are compatible with your computer. There may be a new version of driver released for a particular hardware, however, that driver may not be compatible for you. That is the reason why AVG does not list it in the scan. The VD/CD station should have got a latest driver that is compatible for you computer and that is why no new drivers were listed.
I have AVG driver updater installed and licensed. I have a problem with the DVD/CD station. It doesn't recognize the CD/DVD entered. So I was thinking of a driver problem.
When I run AVG driver updater he says all drivers are up to date.
But if I run other driver program they find 16 or even 19 drivers out of date. Why this difference?
In these driver tools I can see the date of the driver installed and the date of the new proposed driver. I can not see this in the AVG driver updater tool. Is it possible to get a list of the drivers with the version and date, please?
I can only see the number of drivers found and ok.
