Avg Driver Updater not working Missing from my pc

What is happening at AVG My subscription for AVG Driver is missing and there is not an option to this problem. Can you advice as This product is not able to be used and it is dissapointing that there is a paid amount for use till December. I am a bit disappointed as unable to talk to anyone. Please advice Wondering about this product, and is it safe? Ceecee

Initially, please clarify what happens while attempting to access Driver Updater. Do you receive any error message?
