Yesterday, the Driver Updater updated Sound driver(s) and now, I have no sound. I've tried the Driver Updater Restore function however I'm unable to move beyond Step 3 (show results for affected driver). I click on the Show Results button as instructed, it's dead. It's pointing to the Intel High Definition DSP driver. No Realtek or other Sound drivers in Device Manager either.
I would like sound back, presumably by restoring the previous driver. Would appreciate next steps to do this - thank-you.

I too have this same issue. The SOLVE NOW button next to the "Having trouble after updating you drivers?" text doesn't do anything when clicked.
I'm not even getting the show results button. This is REALLY pissing me off and I'm about to cancel my subscription to go with a competitor.
Thank you Lathika. I am using Windows 11, ran repair on the updater and subsequently uninstalled / installed driver updater. My machine still will not complete installation of the Intel High Def DSP driver. I got an error message so I've used the AVG Sysinfo utility to send a log / support file "RMNOX" to you folks.
Please advise next steps so I can recover the sound on my pc!
Jim
