Daer sir/madam, I have purchased, downloaded and installed the latest Driver updater and it is working well. However, every time I start my lap top there appears i,in the bottom left hand corner of my screen, an irritating AVG message "READY FOR THE BIG UPDATE. THE BRAND NEW UPDATERIS AVAILABLE: UPDATE NOW FOR A NEW AND IMPROVED EXPERIENCE".
It offers me to re-install the programme, which I already have!!
I have ensured that I have not requested "notifications" under the choices in settings.
How do I get rid of this repetitive notification please?

It looks like you have an older version of AVG Driver Updater also installed along with the latest version. I would request you to check the list of installed apps in control panel.
