I have today activated my free trial of AVG driver updater. It successfully loaded, carried out a scan and updated 11 drivers.
after restarting my machine I get an opening screen that flashes at regular intervals removing the desktop icons, going white, and then reloading every 3 to 4 seconds.
I am unable to carry out any functions via the keyboard and after doing a hard reset the same problem exists.
how can I get into my machine to delete the programme and try to revert ?
Hi Kishore,
I followed your advice and restored my my machine in safe mode and it now runs fine , albeit still with the 11 outdated drivers the Updater found. Would you recommend reinstalling the Updater to see if I get a clean install?
I am using Windows 10 on a HP Pavillion laptop
regards
john
