I have a few problems. I'll explain all of them in the chance that they may be related to one another.
First a few weeks ago my Chrome browser stopped letting me download attachements from emails or anywhere else.
-my AVG dashboard shortcut fails to load giving me an error UI Failed to load.
- my AVG driver updater gets stuck on Requesting Windows Updates cycles forever.
- my pc will not shutdown or restart without manually holding down the power button
- AVG pc tuneup shows problem found Your hard disk has not been scanned for errors in the last 3 months and it has the button for Scan but when clicked does nothing. I can go to the All functions tab and still not start any of the options available to assist in fixing these issues.
