Please try the below steps & let us know if it helps :
- Press Windows+R keys to open the "Run" dialog box.
- Type "services.msc" and click OK.
- In the "Services" console, locate and right-click AVG Driver Updater, and select "Stop".
- Keep the "Services" window opened.
- Open File Explorer and enter the following path to the address line: C:\ProgramData\AVG\Driver Updater
- Delete the file "DUState.dat"
- Go back to the window "Services", right-click the service you previously stopped and select "Start".
- Open AVG Driver Updater and scan for new drivers. If you're having trouble opening Driver Updater, restart the computer and try again.
PCI Express Root Complex - update stuck on :"Waiting…"
Have removed Driver Updater, closed down then restarted PC, new download and installation of Driver Updater and problem persists.
