Please clarify the update to which you refer. Is it AVG Free Antivirus virus definition update?
For better clarity, please share us the screenshot of the program's icon or programs list installed on your computer (Go to control panel - Programs- Programs & features).
if i uninstall Driver Updater it reinstalls automatically when i update AVG. How to delete it permanently?

Yes the application is avg free antivirus virus definition update. A year ago I also have installed driver updater, but than I deleted it after some months. I have the problem of autoinstallig every new update of AVG antivirus.
