Recently ran driver updater for first time. Several changes were made. However, now have no sound or video. Troubleshooting has led to mixed messages: "no audio output device installed" ; "maxxaudio is stereo but system configured to 0 channels"; "a program not switched on in windows 10". Before AVG updater was installed my laptop was a bit slow but it worked. Seem to be unable to contact AVG. Can anyone help?
