I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are currently experiencing. Please try to Restore the Driver Updates and check the issue once. To restore the updates, please double click on the AVG Driver Updater icon on your desktop and then click on "Restore" tab and restore the updates.
Have tried to contact AVG without success. Used driver updater for first time - several upgrades took place. However, now I have no sound or video. Many mixed messages: speaker icon says "no audio output device installed". Maxxaudio wizard is frozen and says "supports stereo and system is configured to 0 channels". Troubleshooter says a program is not switched on in Windows 10. Before I got the driver updater my computer was a little slow but it worked. Do anyone have suggestions?
