Yesterday I was overall cleaning and maintenance on husband's laptop. He has windows 7 (I know it is old OS) but he is 76 and confuses easy, so no upgrade for him. His drivers for many apps were out of date and I downloaded AVG Driver Updater (Free check) and then of course directed me to subscribe. Which I did, and paid for it with PayPal. Got my receipt via email. But, after having paid for the application it tell's me there are some technical difficulties. So, never received an activation key code. I did chat, which referenced me over to Customer Care and 8 hours later I get an email asking if I want a refund or to do remote tech.
