Avg ecommerce cv b.v

Hello, I have a similar problem to lots of other of your users, being charged for the product "AVG ECOMMERCE CY B.V." that I have no recollection of ordering and is not listed as one of the products I have ever used. I no longer have a Windows computer and cancelled all my AVG products. I can't think of any reason for ordering a Ecommerce product.
I would like a refund of £49.99 for this product as I have no use for it.

I have also been charged for AVG Ecommerce,(I have not ordered or required it) not once but twice in two days. I also require a refund. The first time I was charged AUD $ 94.99 , and the second time was  $ 69.99 . Total of $ 164.99. I've since gone back through my bank statments to find they sneakly charged me for this last year as well. I have tried customer support on the official website but could not obtain the help needed
