The email address avg-support@avg.com is mentioned, but when I sent an email, I got a return email saying it was inactive and told me to go to www.avg.com/support. I don't remember where I saw that email address, now. I had an anti virus free software update come up. I read the end user software licence agreement and the privacy policy.
