Hi Rene,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Initially, please clarify how you access your mailbox. Is it through email client such as Outlook or through browser?
Thank you for writing us back, Rene.
If you use an email client (such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird), AVG AntiVirus may include a Virus-free message (previously an email signature) at the bottom of your outgoing emails to let your recipients know that the email has been scanned for malware. This setting is enabled by default.
Please refer to the link and try the steps once and check: | AVG (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-antivirus-email-signature&q=email+signature&supportType=home)
Let us know if you need any other help with AVG.
Thank you.
When I send emails AVG does not put its signature (WIN 11), In the settings, it is checked for the signature
