Balasubramanian - tried to install the Tune Up but I only get to the 2nd digit of my licence number and it says 'not valid'.   Have rechecked licence number but still won't work, have tried several times.

Alan - thank you so much, followed your instructions and AntiVirus now updating and I'm able to scan again.

Komal - my old desktop died and I've bought a new one but this one is not linked to my AVC PC TuneUp, how can I do that?

Selina, Delete AVG using AVG Remover & reinstall. Have a look @ this link (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000DLeCAAW).

My AVG won't update as says there is another installation running.   Tried to scan a few days ago and that failed too, won't scan now either.  

Tried to download AVG to use the repair function but came up with error code 0xC007062

Please help

I've just looked at that option and even completed the form but email reply option not available and I guess it's a USA service so with the time difference no reply.

I probably won't bother any more with the AVG PC Tune Up and I won't renew either.  I'm annoyed as I've just had an email asked me to pay my renewal which doesn't expire for nearly 60 days!   That email is a non reply email address too, so I can't email to say I have a problem.  Every time I have to log into this forum.

Hello Selina, Glad to know that your issue got resolved. If your old PC is died then you can use the same license to install it on the new PC.
