Hello,
I have the same problem it seems. AVG TuneUp installed on a machine and wanted to update to Performance 2016 (I'm subscriber) and couldn't, receiving the error 0x001f958. I did uninstall, ran the latest version of AVG remover and did a clean reboot, and did delete the AVG remover folder. I redid that twice and still get the same error. I couldn't find what this error code is related to but in case it would be linked to connections, I am using a proxy. But the installer doesn't allow setting one (not even something like "use Internet Explorer settings". Is there no way to obtain an offline installer (i.e. without downloading a small file that then downloads the rest)? I'm on Win7 x64 Enterprise. Thanks for your help.
I have whatyou have instructed but still it does not help is it possible that you can do it remotely
