AVG Exception doesn't work for allo.google.com/web

I regret for the inconvenience this may have caused. May I know which version of AVG are you using? Please share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the error message or an alert from AVG if you receive any while trying to load the webpage. 
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

When the AVG Link Scanner and Online Shield are enabled, I am unable to access Customize Chat Bubbles & Have Fun with Google Messages | Android. When disabled, I can access fine. Added an exception to AVG but it doesn't work. Can anyone help fix this issue?

Please note that AVG 2015 is an older version which is no longer supported. I would request you to run AVG Remover tool as suggested in this link to uninstall 2015 version completely.
Then refer to instructions in this link on how to download and install the latest version of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited. Upon successful installation of 2018 version, verify if you can access the webpage or not.
