AVG Expired, yet payment was sent

Hello Robert,

I have checked your account and see that you have AVG Internet Security (3 computers) valid until 2/16/2019.

I have sent you an email with the instructions to activate the program with the new license number. Also, I have canceled the auto-renewal and you will not be charged in the future.

Requesting status on Order Number: 701-10297735  Order Date: January 2, 2018.

My Mastercard statement indicates a completed transaction date of 1/1/2018 for amount of 83.99.
A reference number of 8156 was indicated for the transaction.
AVG showed expired when I accessed the program on 2/19/2018.

I also wish to be removed from Auto Renewal.
