Avg fails to load

for the last week i have had nothing but trouble with the avg and as a result i uninstalled that and the updater that was attatched to it as that was not working eitheir  several times over the past week i have tried to reinstall but it says failed to load so i thought i would reinstall my updater for $13.99 per month to see if that would work and this came up 0xA001F90D. i have paid to use this product for years now and am half through my yearly license with avg security if this problem keeps occuring i will no longer use the product as i amnot going to use something that does not work unless the problem can be resolved.

Have you uninstalled AVG using AVG clear and remover tool? 

If not, run AVG Clear: https://www.avg.com/en-us/avg-remover and AVG Remover tool: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to uninstall AVG with its traces. 

Reinstall your AVG products from our official site: https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files and check its status.

i have tried all the above and it has not worked i still cannot reinstall avg so i willbe cancelling my subscription.
