Please be informed that this Community forum basically deals with 'home' version of AVG products. Furthermore the "Business products" area has now been removed from the 'Community topics' list @ the top LHS of this page. Finally please be informed that the support for "Business products" is not now available within this Community.

We have a Windows 2003 server running AVG File Server Edition 2013 with a license out to Feb 2020, and have just been advised that this product is no longer supported or receiving updates, and we should upgrade free of charge to the latest version, however after reading the fine print it says " Please note, AVG Email Server Edition and AVG File Server Edition do not support Windows Server 32-bit architecture, so we recommend that you keep AVG 2013 on those server operating systems."
So how do we update the definitions that have been paid for out to 2020?
