My File Shredder has also stopped working. I carried out the Repair option as you advised but am still getting a blank grey box when I try to shred a file. There is no difference. I notice another reader here found that a complete uninstall/reinstall of AVG fixed the problem. I am not sure how to do this - can you comment please? I am using AVG Internet Security with Win7.
