So looking at posts on here quite a few people have had the same issue that when you disable to firewall on AVG you are able to connect to your Samsung Smart TV. I have done all the steps i could find to try and fix it
1) sharing internet connection
2) making sure i switch to a private network
3) i even tried to find out which ports and application and create firewall rules - svchost enabled talking on port 3702

but none of the above fixed my issue. Please could i have support to fix this as dont want to disable my firewall each time i want to connect to the smart TV.
