AVG firewall blocks my printer

We would like to inform you that system rules are comes under Basic protection section. Kindly refer the below article to setup Basic Firewall rules:

Setting up Enhanced Firewall Basic rules in AVG AntiVirus

Note : Please make sure to turn on toggle button for Allow incoming file and printer sharing over SMB protocol. It will  Authorizes other PCs in the network to access shared folders and printers on your PC.

Please try the above steps and let us know the status. If you are still having issue, kindly share us the screenshot of the AVG page in which you are unable to set up firewall rules.

I have AVG Security and I have see that the way to solve this problem is by going to Menu>Settings>Full Protection >System Rules.  However I get to Full Protection and there is no  System Rules on my AVG. Can anyone help as if I scan on my Brother printer it simply says it is being prevented by my computer firewall.  Thanks
