AVG Firewall for Windows 10

I have a Galaxy Notepad.  I installed the AVG Ultimate package recently.  Keep on getting a message to say that neither Windows or AVG firewalls are active.  When I go to the Windows settings for firewalls and press on AVG and "turn on" nothing happens

Hello George,

Let us check the status of AVG Firewall and then proceed further.
Open AVG Internet Security program interface and click on "Hacker Attacks" component.
Try to turn on Firewall using the slider icon available and if it doesn't turn on, provide the screenshot of the window that shows Firewall component of AVG.

Thanks that works.  Did not associate Hacker attack with Firewall
