AVG Firewall is blocking my internet connection

After the last update, AVG is blocking my internet and I cannot get emails.  I tried following the instructions that other people have posted but I cannot find the "Menu" on my AVG Internet Security.  I only Reports, Support and Options.  None of these have a Menu under them.
