We request you to make sure that system rules are allowed in firewall settings and if that does not help, try enabling the 'Internet connection sharing mode' in firewall settings.

I need help on getting my NoMachine accessible by another computer.
When I disable the Firewall, it works charms, but failed when enable it.
Please help.

However, we're glad to help you through the steps.
Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Full protection - Enhanced firewall - System rules - Enable 'Allow windows file & printer sharing, remote desktop connection' (1st 2 options).
