Avg found tracking software

I am unable to give you a screenshot because I am unable to recreate it.  When the AVG message appeared I clicked on resolved. It then presented 4 screens successively.  Each of those pop-ups stated I needed to download this font which I noted in my original question. After each font title it had Asian symbols next to it. I cannot tell you which language. Then at the very end AVG stated I could get additional protection if I paid for it, which I did.

I had only the free version of AVG running originally.

What do you think is my next step?

I visited a website. An AVG Pop Up appeared stating AVG found tracking software. It then requested me to download Gungseo, Osaka, sttleiti, and strangling fonts.  Is the situation legit?  Are these malware, viruses?
