Do you have any conflicting anti virus installed on your PC? If so, please uninstall it and then try to install AVG using offline installation file based on your OS ( 32 bit or 64 bit).

Need a help because I've tried to install AVG Free 2015 for several times and it remains on "initializing installation" process. After like 1 minute, it will dissapear and start extracting files again.
