AVG free antivirus - Error Code: 0xC0070643

Could you please conform us whether you have installed any third party Antivirus in your computer, if so please uninstall it from your pc, since it may conflict the AVG program. I did everything you suggested, and while doing the offline installation, I got this error message again:

"avguix.exe - System Error

The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Nothing you suggested has worked.  Do you think that the Windows 10 upgrade is the source of the problem?  Do you have any other suggestions?

I've been using AVG Free Antivirus on my ASUS computer, with Windows 10, since September.  Yesterday, a Windows 10 upgrade became available, which I downloaded and installed.  Today, when I turned on my computer, and error message came up saying that AVG could not open because file MSVCP110.d11 was missing.  It then instructed me to reinstall the program to solve the problem.  When I tried to reinstall, it stopped partway through and gave me Error Code: 0xC0070643, Description: Event exec_finished.  I tried to install again and got the same error.  What can I do to solve this?  Was it caused by the Windows 10 upgrade?  Thanks for your help and Merry Christmas!

No, I have not installed any third party antivirus program.  I have no other AVG product installed in my computer.
