Hi,
Finally got around to it about two weeks ago. 

The tool appears to have worked, no issues with the re-install so far.
Though I have not used this PC much in that time.

Have you followed our email steps to reinstall AVG Anti-virus program? If not, please follow the steps and let us know if it works.
